The Core of Our Work
We teach people to claim power and use it well, move through conflict, tell hard truths, and repair in ways that protect dignity. That capability stands on a transformative relationship with the self and is sustained by mutually caring connection. People, including leaders, then create the conditions where others can stand alongside them, contribute meaningfully, and co-create a world in which we all flourish.
The Ground
Becoming unwilling to believe there is anything wrong with you, together with the mutually caring relationships that build and sustain that stance. The QP ROOTED Model teaches it.
The Capability
What people can do once they stand on that ground. The QP Model Constellation teaches it, alongside our power programming and the Politics of Care
The Conditions
Leaders build environments where other people can stand alongside them and meaningfully contribute to shared aims. At this layer, personal development becomes personal, organizational and social change.
